May 6 - 11, 2018 | Canmore, Alberta, Canada

News

  • Thank you for a successful 8th GEWEX Open Science Conference! 360 scientists hailing from over 40 countries discussed and presented on issues ranging from mountain and high latitude hydrology to atmospheric and land modeling and observations. We’d like to thank our sponsors for making the Conference possible, and for generously providing the grants allowing students, early career researchers, and scientists from developing nations to attend the event.
  • If you would like to have your poster presentation featured on the Conference website, please upload it using the form at the bottom of the poster information page. The file must be smaller than 1 MB and should be a JPEG or PDF. Posters will be linked to their titles listed  on the poster program page.
  • Please note that you may need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to visit Canada. Most non-US and Canadian citizens have to apply for an eTA. Please check for details and see whether you need it here.
  • Each poster is assigned to a session by topic and will be presented for two days of the conference (Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday). The poster numbers have been assigned and are located here. Posters in Groups A and B will be presented on Monday and Tuesday, and posters in Groups C and D will be presented on Wednesday and Thursday
  • The draft program is now available in PDF format here.
