Getting to Canmore

Canmore is located 88 km/55 mi west of the city of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. Conference attendees can fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC) and drive or take a shuttle or taxi to Canmore, which is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away.


To and From the Airport to Canmore

There are several options to get you from Calgary International Airport to Canmore.

Shuttles

  • The Banff Airporter runs shuttles between the airport and Canmore multiple times a day, and one of its Canmore stops is at the conference venue, the Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre. A one-way fare for adults costs 62.31 CAD, and a round-trip fare costs 124.61 CAD.   • The Brewster Express has shuttles traveling to and from the airport to Canmore multiple times a day, and also has a stop at the Coast Canmore. Taxis

The rate from the Calgary Airport to Canmore varies, starting around 150 CAD.

  • Canmore Cabs offers a 150 CAD rate for traveling to the Calgary Airport. Contact them by calling (403)996-2229.
  • Ridebooker, which provides transportation options across North America, offers taxi service to and from the airport at around 250 CAD.

Rental Cars

You can also rent a car to get to the Coast Canmore Hotel. The driving time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
