2026 Pan-GLASS Conference

Oral presentations will be held from Monday through Thursday, July 6–9, 2026, across three meeting rooms: Matterhorn 1, Rigi 1, and Rigi 2. Presenters should consult the program for their specific scheduling details.

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, with 12 minutes designated for the presentation and 3 minutes reserved for audience questions. Presentation files must be submitted through the Oral upload form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

To ensure seamless presentation transitions and optimal conference operations, we kindly request that you upload your oral presentation materials by 18:00 CEST on the day preceding your scheduled presentation.

Please use the following naming convention for the file you want to upload:
[Day][Time]_[Last Name], [First Name]-[Presentation Title]

Examples:
Tue1440_Brown, John- title of my presentation
Mon0840_Smith, Harry-title of my presentation

Poster Presentations

Each poster is assigned to one of the six conference themes. The posters will be on display in the Matterhorn 2 Conference Room during the two consecutive days they are scheduled to be presented.

Presenters are kindly requested to set up their posters according to the schedule on the morning of their first scheduled presentation (Monday or Wednesday). The posters must be removed after their second presentation, at the end of the afternoon (Tuesday or Thursday). Please note that posters remaining after Thursday afternoon will be removed by the organizing committee.

Additionally, at least one author per poster is required to be a registered participant and present at the conference throughout the duration of the poster session.

 If you already know that your poster will not be presented, you are kindly asked to withdraw your corresponding abstract as soon as possible. Posters not presented are not only frustrating for those people present, but also costly as board space is reserved for your poster. Please email contact@gewexevents.org to withdraw your poster.

• The presentation must cover the material as cited in the corresponding submitted abstract.
• Place the title of your paper and the author’s names prominently at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your presentation.
• Highlight the author’s names, e-mails, and address information in case the viewer is interested in contacting you for more information.
• Prepare all diagrams or charts neatly and legibly in a size sufficient to be read at a distance of 3 feet. Paragraph and figure caption text should be AT LEAST 24-point font and headers AT LEAST 36 point font.
• Organize the paper on the board so it is clear, orderly and self-explanatory.
