Oral presentations will be held from Monday through Thursday, July 6–9, 2026, across three meeting rooms: Matterhorn 1, Rigi 1, and Rigi 2. Presenters should consult the program for their specific scheduling details.
Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, with 12 minutes designated for the presentation and 3 minutes reserved for audience questions. Presentation files must be submitted through the Oral upload form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Each poster is assigned to one of the six conference themes. Poster will be on display for the whole week in the Matterhorn 2 meeting room. Presenters are asked to present their poster on two consecutive days according to their specific scheduling details.
Presenters are kindly requested to set up their poster either on the evening prior to their scheduled presentation or on the morning of the presentation day. All posters must be removed by Thursday, July 9th, following the conclusion of the conference. Please note that any posters remaining after Thursday late afternoon will be disposed of by the organizing committee.
Additionally, at least one author per poster is required to be a registered participant and present at the conference throughout the duration of the poster session.
If you already know that your poster will not be presented, you are kindly asked to withdraw your corresponding abstract as soon as possible. Posters not presented are not only frustrating for those people present, but also costly as board space is reserved for your poster. Please email contact@gewexevents.org to withdraw your poster.
The poster size should be A0 Portret (84,1 x 118,9 cm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches). The boards that display the posters are in Portret format with a dimension of width=0,95m and height=1,24m, and each board holds one posters.

We would like to collect all the posters as Acrobat PDFs and make them available on the conference website. We therefore kindly ask you to upload the PDF version of your poster through the poster upload form below.
