We anticipate charging in person attendees a registration fee that will be no higher than 200 euros to cover the cost of food for lunch each day and the coffee breaks, and a fee of 50 euros for the excursion and no-host dinner. We hope to find meeting sponsors to reduce those fees, thus we will reach out in April to collect any fees when we have a final value. Fees will be waived for station scientists on travel support. Please consider this registration to be preliminary to help aid our planning, but we will confirm interest in excursions and in person attendance when collecting fees.
